EDGE26 - ambitious, focused, connected

EDGE26 demonstrated exactly why the creative industries need spaces where technology, storytelling, design and enterprise collide. Huge credit to Niamh Costello and the team at CREW for creating a platform that felt genuinely ambitious, commercially focused and deeply connected to the future of Ireland’s creative economy.

Camille Donegan speaking about the Eirmersive Community at EDGE26

Our CEO Camille Donegan said, "For Eirmersive, it was incredibly valuable to see our members* exhibiting alongside leaders from across film, games, immersive technology and digital innovation. Events like EDGE don’t just showcase talent, they create real opportunities for collaboration, visibility, investment conversations and new market connections. The energy in Galway showed that Ireland’s creative technology ecosystem is maturing fast, and immersive technology is now a core part of that conversation."

EDGE26 was positioned by CREW as Ireland’s first Creative Economy Summit, bringing together founders, investors, policymakers and digital creative industries around themes of IP, scaling and innovation. And it was massively successful in doing that.

It was really lovely to see such strong representation of Eirmersive membership in Galway, including Talegate Media & Publishing CLG, RealSim Ltd., JunieXR, Monster Theory, Lureo by Imvizar, XR Ireland and Atlantic Technological University.

We were delighted also to see Tania Banotti, Director the Creative Ireland Programme (and Eirmersive funder) delivering candid insight during the excellent Creative Capital panel discussion: Scaling an IP-Driven Economy, From Policy to Profit
