Sarah Haslam is Director of Training, Programmes & Research with Foróige, the National Youth Development Organisation. Sarah has over 18 years’ experience in youth work and non-formal education. In her current role, Sarah has overall responsibility for the provision of quality and effective training, learning, development and programmatic opportunities for the over 600 staff employed in Foróige.

Sarah also has a keen interest in emerging and new technologies and has spearheaded the development of a suite of new digital youth work programmes under the umbrella brand Foróige Go- digital skills for what's now and next.

Aaron has 35 years’ experience in the creative industry sector. As a Co-Founder and CEO of Emagine, he employs his wide range of skills to oversee successful digital projects. Aaron regularly speaks to industry groups, on topics such as the use of XR in Tourism and best practice in Training.

Niamh Costello is CEO of CREW (Creative Enterprise West), where she supports the growth of Ireland’s digital creative and immersive technology sectors. With over 12 years’ experience in innovation and enterprise development, she focuses on building strong ecosystems that connect industry, academia and public agencies, particularly in strengthening regional capacity.

She is passionate about startups and entrepreneurship, and has led programmes that improve investment readiness, support collaboration and help companies access international markets. As a founding director of Galway City Innovation District (Portershed), Niamh brings practical experience in partnership development and sector growth, supporting Eirmersive’s mission to advance Ireland’s immersive technology community.

Dr. Zeta Dooly is an academic leader in digital education, active pedagogy, and transformative higher education practice. She is based in the Faculty of Education and Lifelong Learning at South East Technological University (SETU), Ireland, where she contributes to teaching, research, doctoral supervision, and strategic innovation in digital and engaged learning.

She has played a key role in shaping institutional conversations around digital education and inclusive teaching, contributing to strategic development and capacity-building initiatives. Through conference leadership and scholarly engagement, she continues to position SETU as a contributor to national dialogue on the evolving landscape of digital and higher education. Zeta’s research interest include Immersive learning, Biographic Narrative methodology and AI in Education AIEd.
